Have you hear of the the salt sock? It’s a natural way to help treat infections, and it works to minimize earache pain. Even doctors will recommend salt socks to their patients. And parent’s who’ve used it with their kids swear by it.

Sea salt, as it has long been known, contains several healing properties and when heated it works to decrease the throbbing pain of earaches.

If the salt sock sounds simple, rest assured it is. And it’s super simple to make too.

To make a salt sock at home, you will need:

  • An old WHITE sock
  • 1-1.5 cups coarse sea salt
  • Heat source (stove top or microwave)
