Are you interested in making some sandwich bread, but want to use a simple method? Most people use a bread machine or follow a detailed process to make homemade bread. Luckily, there is a great way to do this. You just need to know how to make sandwich bread at home.

The process for how to make sandwich bread is simple as no kneadingĀ is required. All you need is the proper equipment and ingredients.

Ingredient List

Warm Water (12 ounces)
Salt (1-1/2 teaspoon)
Instant Yeast (1 teaspoon)
Bread Flour (3 Cups)

Materials List

Mixing Bowl
Wooden Spoon or Spatula
Plastic Wrap
Non-Stick Spray
Bread Pans (Two Total)

Add the water, instant yeast, and salt to your mixing bowl. Mix with the wooden spoon or spatula until combined. Add the bread flour to the mixture and stir to combine. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula to combine all the flour.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to proof or rise for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Spray your bread pans with the non-stick spray and then prepare the dough. Dust a bit of flour on your dough and stir with the spoon. Drop the dough in one of the bread pans. Place your other bread pan on top. Set aside and preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes.
