Are you interested in making your own flour at home, but are worried you need to have equipment that is expensive? Fear not, as you can easily make homemade sprouted wheat flour at home. You just need a good amount of wheat berries to use for this task.

The most important step in making homemade sprouted wheat flour is soaking the berries. You need to do this overnight or first thing in the morning. The berries then need to be wrapped in a dry towel up to 24 hours. This will allow them to sprout before being dried for the next step.

You can easily use a simple coffee grinder or any small flour mill to produce your homemade sprouted wheat flour. This process is really easy, but you need to make sure your wheat berries are fully dry. Your flour can then be packed in bags or any type of airtight container.
