Our obsession with dandelions began when we first enjoyed a cup of dandelion coffee, and now we’ve expanded into other recipes (think burgers, bread, soup, and more) that features them. Dandelion wine is our newest addition. It’s exotic in taste, and this unique libation won’t disappoint. It’s pretty amazing that you can make wine from sweet little dandelions. And, there is a quiet satisfaction you get from making your own wine and serving it to your friends. It’s fun and different and a great little summer project.
