There are many designs that you can use for a PVC shoe rack. The best thing to do is determine if your design needs to be a certain size. You will also need to get the size of PVC pipe that is wide enough for all your shoes.
You need PVC pipe that is six inches wide and cut into ten inch lengths to make a PVC shoe rack. The PVC pipe will then need to be attached for the design you have chosen. Attaching the pieces of pipe is done by using PVC glue you can find at any hardware store.
