We love wild caught smoked salmon and tuna. It’s a personal favorite at our homestead. Whatever food you love best smoked, this DIY barbecue smoker is an excellent choice considering most smokers – like the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker – cost around $300.

This materials for this project will set you back the cost of two large terra cotta pots, a metal bucket and some new or reclaimed wood (think free pallets).
