There are many methods that are available to water flowers and crops on your property. Sprinklers will be one option and are great for a large area. However, a better method is to use a drip irrigation system that can be set up with a little planning and elbow grease.
A drip irrigation system is similar to a standard irrigation system, but does not use sprinklers. A hose is used to slowly drip water on fruits, vegetables, trees, flowers and other plants. The only thing you need to do is gather all the supplies and tools you need to finish the project.
You can find a hose to use for a drip irrigation system or you can easily make your own. A power drill will be used to make all the holes and is cheaper than buying a new hose. You have the option to make the system fully automated or have it be manually operated.
