Once you get the walnut oil home and open it, it’s a good idea to keep it refrigerated to prevent it from becoming rancid.

Without going into the actual benefits, some of the ingredients of walnut oil that you may recognize as extremely beneficial are copper, monounsaturated fats, ellagic acid, manganese, melatonin, ALA, DHA, EPA, phytonutrients, selenium, phosphorous, magnesium, zinc, iron, and calcium.
