1 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup skim milk or non-sweetened soy milk
1/2 medium frozen banana
1 T PB2
Break a banana into 4 – 6 pieces to freeze. (You can freeze several bananas ahead of time – they will keep in the freezer for at least a week. This is a great way to use up those bananas that are a little too ripe.)
To prepare, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and thick (high speed). Makes one shake that is less than 200 calories with less than 2 grams of fat.
