The Spiral Cutter is our new favorite kitchen tool – ok, second after our Vitamix – 🙂 – to make healthy dishes.
We like it best for making vegetable pasta. This way we can enjoy so many of our favorite pasta dishes easily without the carbs, the gluten, the wheat…the whatever we want to avoid. We most often make zucchini and squash pasta, but like the spiral cutter for carrots too for vegetable spring wraps. The Spiral Cutter reviews well on Amazon. The only criticism we’ve discovered comes from those who don’t like the last 3/8 or so of the fruit or vegetable does not get cut. This is no problem if you just save the ends for snacks or freeze for soups. We are just so delighted to have fresh, virtually zero calorie pasta.
